“With Schoology, nothing can go wrong!”
Pros
The software is incredibly simple to use, provides teachers with one location to store all of their resources, and is a fantastic way to keep parents updated on the academic progress of their children. Ive been using Schoology for two years, and Im leading the districts effort to get this software into elementary schools.
Cons
Schoology is being adopted by many institutes all across the world, so occasionally the system could be slower than usual. Additionally, I would like the flexibility to customize the folder colors.

“Schoology: Use of folders is a pro, tests are time consuming is a con”
Pros
The setup of folders, allowing centralized organization of content, assignments, and resources, has proven highly useful. Sub-folders, mirroring a computer storage system, aid students effectively. The album feature serves to showcase student work in a virtual environment. Additionally, the use of badges for positive reinforcement and integration with tools like Microsoft or Google products adds value.
Cons
Due to numerous folders, students need to click a lot to access an assignment. Late assignments are marked as missing, requiring manual correction by the teacher. A list of missing work would be beneficial.

“Schoology is great to integrate for use in the Classroom!!”
Pros
A standout feature of the software is its capacity for engaging with students in an online platform resembling a discussion forum.
Cons
The least enjoyable part was the technical difficulty in connecting with other students; it didn't always work.

“Schoolology”
Pros
The access my son gains to content from all his courses in a hybrid model is a feature I like. While there was an initial adjustment period, we've streamlined its use, ensuring effective learning and task completion.
Cons
Navigation, especially on a phone, proved challenging. Locating specific folders became troublesome.

“Turnkey, On-the-Go, Learning Solution - Recommended!”
Pros
As a teacher charged with managing the learning routines of scores of pupils (ranging from the upper-secondary level to post-grad), working with Schoology has been a delight. The application’s course bank is both comprehensive and narrowly specific - in terms of subject specialization. Also, learners can design their own courses from a large, diversified selection of modules; charting their progress either on their own or through a supervising intermediary. And the best part about the interface is that it’s user-friendly - so your cherry on top comes guaranteed.
Cons
There really isnt too much to dislike about this software. This is also the opinion of the students, according to a mini-survey I gave them. Having said that, if I had to pick one area that might be enhanced further, it would be the apps functionality on both Apple and Android smartphones. Students occasionally complain to me about the app randomly crashing, not being able to submit assignments, and other technical problems. These tiny fixes can make things smoother for us everyone.

“Schoology will help you fulfill all your classroom needs.”
Pros
There’s a lot to love in Schoology for both kids and their teachers. Our teachers have become experts after using the software for a while, and we make use of all the items efficiently. As a teacher, I found it simple to teach myself how to complete my tasks and also help my colleagues.
Cons
Some of the tasks I think could be done with just a click or two, but it usually requires a lot more than that. It gets repetitive quickly, and there’s not much new left to do then. There are features missing, such as a dark mode.

“Schoology is perfect for SCHOOL”
Pros
The randomized question function in Schoology is my favorite feature, reducing cheating possibilities and helping instructors gauge students' progress accurately.
Cons
My least favorite aspect is its strain on the eyes. The abundance of information can be disorienting and disorganized, causing confusion about the location of different functions.

“Good for checking grades, not quizzes”
Pros
The advisor dashboard lets me see students' grades quickly and easily. The usage analytics tool is also useful to see when students last logged in.
Cons
You can't see into a quiz through the advisor dashboard which is frustrating when you're trying to help online students.

Schoology simplifies the creation, sharing, and management of classroom activities. It has been an integral part of education before the rise of online teaching, offering practical tools like assessment creation and a calendar for student updates. The user-friendly interface aids easy navigation.
