“Excellent support”
Pros
What I admire most is the excellent customer support and the genuine interest of the company in helping. I don't just use software, I feel like I'm working with a whole team that supports me at every step and even listens to my suggestions.
Cons
The UX feels a little confusing to me at first, though it gets easier once I get used to it.

“Flexible pricing and multi client handling”
Pros
The flexible pricing structures make it easy for me to configure our e-learning system in line with our business model. I also like that it manages multiple clients (not just end users), so I can handle everything directly in the portal without relying on external tools.
Cons
For me, the 2GB file size limit on large videos is restrictive, though embedding through Vimeo works fine. I think small interface issues and mixed multilingual reporting exist but they haven't stopped me from using the system effectively.
