It has been amazing for remote teaching. It's not just about providing learning materials for students, it also offers in-depth teaching guides for instructors. The variety of learning tools is impressive, assessments, recordings (which are crucial for our music academy), contests and much more. It really covers everything we need for distance education.

Cons

The interface could use some improvements when I'm working as an admin, though it works well for everyone else.

The lack of external app integration is frustrating and I really wish there was a way to select Zoom licenses from a dropdown list. These features would make the experience so much better if they were added.

I've been using this platform for over 2 years and it really checks all the boxes for me. The interface is simple and easy to use which makes my daily work a lot smoother. What really stands out is how responsive our account manager is, whenever I need something sorted, it gets done quickly. I've also had several in-depth conversations with their CTO, who's been super receptive to all the feedback we've given. It's nice to work with a company that actually listens to its users.

Sometimes, support takes a bit longer to respond but honestly, that's pretty normal for most SaaS platforms and it really depends on what kind of issue you're dealing with at the time.

Pros

I'm really happy with how simple it is to get this platform up and running in the cloud. The cost-effectiveness for training our students has been a huge plus for us. The interface feels interactive and doesn't require much of training. What's been especially helpful is how well it connects with our other tools, the integration features have saved us a lot of effort. Their support team deserves a shout-out too, they've been quick to respond whenever we've hit any bumps or needed help troubleshooting.

The service and platform have been amazing for us. We've been using their LMS for 3 years now and the customer service response times are excellent and keeps up with how fast business moves these days. The whole team behind it is just fantastic to work with.

It would be awesome if the LMS added AI and machine learning features in the future. UI could use more customization options to match our brand and design preferences.
