Learning Management System Review

Pros

While exploring alternatives, I have encountered several challenges. It has been difficult to find a system that effectively tracks usage and reservations of instructors, rooms, and equipment to prevent double booking. Additionally, I have not come across a system that offers comprehensive training options, including self-paced, video, virtual instructor-led, and classroom deliveries, without additional fees and complexities. On a positive note, one standout aspect is the proficiency and support provided by the staff, who are native English speakers. This makes a significant difference, especially when it comes to training and support. They maintain regular communication to ensure our proficiency and growth. Unlike some companies that only offer support during installation and configuration, they continue to work with us as a partner to solve problems and plan for the future. Despite our numerous questions, they consistently display patience and possess a remarkable team.

Cons

The reporting functionality is a bit cumbersome, but the dashboards and the ability to seek assistance with reporting questions mitigate this effectively.

Incredible Customer Service for our LMS

Pros

Our company utilizes Seertech as our Learning Management System, and I must say, the Seertech team has been incredibly responsive to our needs. They are always quick to address any issues or concerns we have, and they readily offer additional training on best practices whenever I request it. We seamlessly integrated two additional platforms into Seertech, and the transition was smooth. I highly recommend Seertech to any company in search of a new LMS.

Cons

The learning navigator can be quite intricate, and it takes a considerable amount of time for new administrators to become proficient in navigating the system. Mistakes made during the process can directly impact the accuracy of our reporting. I recommend that Seertech create an admin manual tailored to each company they work with.
