Delivers Engaging Content Effortlessly

Pros

Showcase Workshop completely transformed how we handle sales presentations. Our sales team gained real mobility by switching from laptops to tablets but we needed a way to make all our content engaging and tablet-friendly. This platform was a game-changer as it gave our reps the freedom to present exactly how they wanted while providing our marketing team valuable insights into presentation delivery and timing.

Cons

The backend setup for presentations was pretty confusing at first. Took us a while to figure out how to create our initial ones though updates have made the process more simple since then.

Showcase is the right choice

Pros

Really simple to use and dependable. They're always rolling out fresh, practical features. I love their customer service too, its top notch.

Cons

There really isn't much to criticize. This tool is incredible and I'd be completely lost without it

Revolutionizing Construction Management

Pros

It is quite user friendly which made building our showcase platform simple. Updating and changing information is convenient and my colleagues in other cities can easily update there showcase too so we're all working with consistent data.

Cons

Recording customer details feels limited compared to what you'd expect from a proper CRM system.

Effective for brand content

Pros

I think like the interface is very simple and works exactly how you'd expect it to.Its smooth across all devices and tapping buttons reveals more details, pinch zoom functions perfectly, and most web pages and file formats display and interact well within the app. Our team really needed something simple and well-organized and this platform delivers on that front. As an admin, I can update content in real time without jumping through multiple approval layers or dealing with third parties. The development team responds quickly to questions and introduces platform changes fast. The whole solution feels boutique and agile.

Cons

I feel like the admin side could use more flexibility to make content management less tricky. Simple things like drag-and-drop folder organization would save me tons of time when restructuring content. Having to manually point every single file to a hotspot gets tedious especially when you're managing large amounts of material. It adds organizational detail but creates extra work for admins.

Innovative software perfect for personal sales

Pros

The interface is really flexible and I appreciate how easy it makes showcasing specific products.

Cons

The only downside is that it might be too advanced for some of our traditional users. We've got resellers with old-school account managers who struggle to adapt to the innovation. Getting them onboard isn't easy, though we're finding better success with other partners we're collaborating with.

Thoughtful and Well-Designed Solution

Pros

It makes it easy to share information with anyone, no matter their tech skills. The interface feels clean and thoughtful, plus there's a dedicated team constantly working on improvements.

Cons

Safari compatibility could be better. It doesn't work quite as smoothly there compared to other browsers I use. Not a huge deal for us or our clients but would be nice to have that same level of performance across all platforms.

Pros

We create presentations that work perfectly for our international team. I can send them via email immediately without needing any follow-ups.

Cons

Making changes to individual pages is frustrating since you need an admin to handle even small edits.

Streamlines operations for our customers!

Pros

It's incredibly user-friendly and lets me customize content in-house without needing an agency. Their development team is awesome. They offer quick turnaround times with excellent support throughout the whole process. We went live in under 3 months which is impressive flexibility I haven't seen elsewhere.

Cons

Haven't found any real downsides yet. Our team loves using it and the feedback has been consistently positive.

centralized information and professional presentation

Pros

I really appreciate having all my information and admin tasks in one central location and the presentation format looks very professional.

Cons

There's not much to complain about so far. Would be nice to have more options for creating custom pages with some guided tutorials which they've mentioned is coming.

Great for Data Management

Pros

Super simple to upload files, videos and photos that the whole team can pull up when they're meeting with customers

Cons

Sometimes when I try to remove old files, they're really hard to actually delete because they're still 'linked' somehow. This means I usually just avoid deleting old attachments which is frustrating.

Excellent user experience overall

Pros

I like how simple it is to create connected elements and import documents for viewing within the app. The customer service team has been top notch every time I've reached out, always helpful and responsive.

Cons

Formatting similar shapes and getting elements to align properly could be simpler.

Transforms Impact of Sales Presentation

Pros

The fully customized interface that matches our brand perfectly is incredible. Customers and prospects see it as our own app, which gives us that high-tech, cutting-edge reputation and shows we're totally aligned with digital sales processes. When we present using an iPad Pro, we close more deals.

Cons

I really don't want my competitors discovering this tool, that's honestly my biggest worry about using it.
