Pros

I can pretty easily organize course content, upload files, embed multimedia, and structure learning through modules. Also, the drag-and-drop functionality simplifies element rearrangement within the course, ensuring a seamless learning experience for students. Additionally, Showd.me tools are great. The platform's ease of use is commendable.

Cons

The customer support response times could be quicker I believe as we faced delays in getting solutions to some technical issues.
