I can access everything I need in one spot and the pricing is really affordable. The email marketing and automation features are the best I've used so far. Also the tool offers website hosting which can be really convenient for everyone in this form of learning.

The pricing used to be flexible when I first handled this software for a client's business. The customization possibilities seemed almost limitless whether you needed coupon codes, payment plans, gifting features or something more creative, the platform could handle it. That level of flexibility combined with it being an all-in-one solution, made it incredibly versatile for different business needs.

Cons

Its now very expensive considering what you actually get for your money. I ended up switching to MailerLite since it gave me everything I needed at a much lower cost. This platform seems more geared toward established businesses that can justify paying for all those extra features but for someone just starting out, it's hard to make the numbers work.

If you asked for my opinion, I would say that the support team is generally helpful. Though sometimes they give me way more options than I need instead of just answering my specific question. I do like having everything centralized in one platform, but this also means some features aren't as polished as they could be.

Cons

The cost has nearly doubled from when I originally started using it. Getting help when things go wrong has been really frustrating as resolution takes way too long. There's this weird issue where client email replies show a confusing relay address that throws people off. The CEO seems very involved but comes across as fake and kind of arrogant.

I appreciate how many features this tool offers. Creating websites feels effortless with the drag-and-drop feature and I can build landing pages exactly how I envision them.

Cons

The pricing is really high especially if your on a monthly plan for personal use, it can definitely mess with your budget. Otherwise the service and customer support are solid.

I'm really impressed with how this brings everything together in one place. The automation features are convenient to set up and the templates make getting started much faster. It covers every stage of building and running an online business which has been a huge time-saver for me. The tools for improving customer experience and boosting sales work really well and having all the marketing features centralized makes my workflow so much smoother.

Cons

Getting the designs I want sometimes means diving into CSS code which isn't my strong suit. Thankfully there are decent templates available if youre not comfortable with coding.
