“had an insightful experience

Pros

Taking the GenAI for Product Owners and Scrum Masters course on this platform turned out to be a really practical and insightful experience. As someone working in Product Owner and Scrum roles, I wanted training that tied Generative AI concepts directly into Agile ways of working and that's exactly what this course provided. It explained complex GenAI topics in a clear approachable way and backed them up with real world use cases like backlog prioritization, sprint planning, stakeholder communication and product strategy. The platform is well organized, user friendly and flexible enough for working professionals. Since it's self paced I was able to fit the learning into my schedule without any disruption and the quality of the content stayed strong throughout. I'd definitely recommend this course to Product Owners, Scrum Masters and other Agile professionals who want to keep up with the fast changing AI driven landscape.

The practical learning style, hands on labs and real world examples make the courses much more effective. I also really appreciate having quick access to session recordings and study materials since it makes revising concepts whenever needed very convenient.

A minor improvement would be to include more advanced practice labs and additional real world case studies for deeper hands on exposure. Faster support responses during peak hours would also make the overall learning experience even better. Aside from that my experience has been very positive.

I also really appreciate the way the courses break down complex topics like Generative AI, LLMs, Copilot tools and Agile practices into something understandable while still supporting continuous learning, career growth and strong guidance through high quality content.

One thing I don't really enjoy is that some live sessions are scheduled late at night especially on weekends which ends up disrupting the flow of my weekend.

The amount of content available is definitely impressive but it can also feel a little overwhelming at times. Since the course library and materials are so extensive sorting through everything and narrowing it down to match specific learning goals can be somewhat difficult.

The courses feel very aligned with the skills companies need now and in the future. I also appreciate the flexible access which makes it convenient to learn on my own schedule. Other than that the curriculum covers a wide range of important digital and tech skills in good depth.

Cons

At times the sessions get interrupted while I'm in the middle of a course which can be frustrating. There are also occasions when the course completion certificate takes a while to arrive.
