Pros
The ease of delivering training and labs experiences has dramatically improved. I can easily send training keys to my learners, who can instantly redeem them for lab work. What is even better is that I can remotely assist my learners in fixing their issues, eliminating any miscommunication or misunderstandings. This time-saving feature improves my productivity and efficiency as a technical trainer. It is simply a fantastic platform!
Cons
Occasionally, there may be issues with VM file deletion during the VM refresh process. Additionally, there is room for improvement in terms of speed and connection to enhance the learners experience.
