“Unparalleled team support and flexibility
Pros
The team provides unparalleled support. They are always available for us to answer questions, suggest solutions and help fix any problems. Their flexible approach is also a huge plus, offering choices like full modules, a fast-track assess first option and short compliance videos.
Cons
I feel like it would be great to see more varied approaches in the modules especially with neurodivergent colleagues in mind. Including some video content within the larger modules would also help mix up the delivery, as the current format feels quite repetitive.

“Generally easy to use
Pros
Skillcast platform is generally very easy to use. And whenever a problem comes up, the customer service team is quick to respond, is extremely helpful and very supportive.
Cons
Since the training content is focused on the UK, we have to adjust it to fit our local context. Also on the MyLearning screen, it is difficult to tell apart modules that were assigned within the same year.

The thing i like the most is that there is a great variety of in-depth training material covering a wide spectrum of subjects.
Cons
I think the reporting system could use some improvement as pulling the exact information you need feels like a very manual process.

Assigning and tracking courses is simple and editing the pre-made content is easy. Overall our whole experience is very user-friendly.
Cons
There is not enough content tailored for the EU. Also the reports don't always refresh with the latest data.

The customer service is incredibly efficient and pleasant. I have spoken with them several times and they always replies quickly and are as helpful as possible.
Cons
At times the management console can be a bit difficult to find our way around at times for example when we need to edit modules.

There is a huge range of packages available with modules to suit every requirement. Also it is easy to set up, use and deliver. Plus the ongoing support is great and it's cost-effective. Overall it met all our needs.
