The practical knowledge I gain here is really valuable. There's an impressive variety of courses covering different topics plus webinars that keep things interesting. What I love most is how engaging the learning environment is and it really helps build solid technical expertise. I've particularly improved my leadership and time managment skills through the hands-on approach.
Cons
The course selection could definitely be broader. Also, I think its expensive.

I appreciate the variety of workshops and seminars available. The learning approach is hands-on rather than just theoretical, which makes a real difference. The instructors do a great job creating an engaging atmosphere. Also there's a strong focus on practical skills. Includes everything from leadership and time managment to technical expertise
Cons
Cost is high for workshops and seminars especially when you compare it to what's available online. You can't find in-person sessions everywhere either and the locations are really limited. Plus it only covers soft skills, so if your looking for industry-specific training, this wont cut it.
