Skills Assurance saves time

Pros

We have chosen a mix of courses that meet the critical needs of our operations, maintenance and office staff. While many new companies try to save time using spreadsheets for training management, I believe the smarter choice is using a dedicated system to handle the process and reporting. Skills Assurance saves me a lot of time which is something I always need more of.

Cons

Some courses seem strictly geared toward offshore oil and gas which doesn't match my workforce. This causes my team to lose focus and not apply the training even when it's relevant.

Pros

I am really impressed with the excellent customer service from the support team and our contact. We always get the help we need right away.

Cons

There's nothing I'm currently unhappy with, we're just working through a few minor bugs that haven't affected my overall experience.
