Its great having all the different courses from various platforms accessible in one spot. The analytics reporting feature is great and I can pull clean reports and customize any section exactly how I need it. Creating courses through LMS Studio follows a simple path that makes sense. Their customer service team has been excellent to work with. The adoption and engagement support feels genuinely collaborative rather than just checking boxes.

Getting to courses takes way too many clicks especially when you're trying to access external libraries

I like how this serves as both an LXP and LMS platform, it's like getting two tools in one. The content support is impressive since it handles all types of materials and the SCORM compliance makes integration smooth with our existing systems.

It offers a wide variety of courses available. Everything from technical skills to soft skills and industry-specific knowledge across different content libraries. Adding new libraries is easy and happens quickly.
Cons
It takes a while to get the external library usage reports up and running which can be frustrating. Plus, there's no way to schedule reports automatically and you have to run them manually each time.
