“excited about Skillshare for Teams”
Pros
I have long been a fan of Skillshare, so when I discovered they offer a collaborative version for professional groups, I was excited to try it out. The interface and design of the platform really stand out and make learning enjoyable.
Cons
My least favorite part of the service is the cost. While it isn't outrageous compared to other tools, it still felt higher than I expected and too expensive for long term use.

“easy course selection during downtime”
Pros
There are so many class options available that we can easily pick something during downtime at the office. The web interface is smooth and simple to navigate which makes finding courses quick and easy.
Cons
There's absolutely nothing negative for me to say. My whole team has had a great experience with it from the start.

“facilitates informal learning”
Pros
What I enjoy the most is how this platfrom encourages informal learning, like picking up new skills or hobbies. I also appreciate that I can reach out to the instructor at any time if I don't understand something.
Cons
Main issue I see is that most of the available courses are beginner level. That's not enough when trying to advance and some courses also lack quality since a few instructors don't seem fully knowledgeable about their subjects.

“Variety of courses to fit team needs”
Pros
The platform has a large variety of courses which made it easy for us to find options that matched our team's needs. It's simple to use and we integrated it into our business processes without any problems.
Cons
The only real drawback is the high cost for me. It feels very expensive for smaller business teams that want to use it consistently.

“wide range of topics for all departments”
Pros
I really love the huge range of topics available. With 35,000 classes and a startup with multiple departments, there's always something valuable to learn. The user interface is engaging, the progress tracking is helpful and the spacing of classes makes learning manageable.
Cons
My concern is the inconsistency in course quality. Some instructors don't appear experienced enough so I think a stronger vetting process would improve the platform a lot.

“promotes informal learning”
Pros
This tool emphasizes informal content which is very useful for learning new skills or hobbies. I also like that I can contact instructors whenever I have questions which makes the experience much more interactive.
Cons
I really don't like the subscription price for Skillshare for Teams, since it's very expensive. On top of that, most courses lean toward beginner level which makes it less appealing if I want to reach advanced learning.

“practical and affordable courses”
Pros
The platform is easy to use, offers practical courses from well known instructors and has a vast collection of affordable classes. These features made it my top choice for online learning.
Cons
There's nothing I can complain about with Skillshare, honestly. I've been satisfied with everything so far.

“hands on projects”
Pros
This tool is very user friendly and much better than watching television. Most courses include a project which makes me feel like I'm almost in a real classroom.
Cons
From my experience, it's a little hard to find Skillshare unless you're specifically looking for it, since they don't seem to advertise much compared to other companies.

“Skillshare helped me train new admins”
Pros
I discovered this tool through a YouTuber who sponsored a video and it immediately caught my interest. As an online affiliate marketer, I've been able to train two new admins using Skillshare Teams. It's a flexible and fun way to attend workshops, get feedback from teachers and access admin tools like analytics and tech support. The platform offers classes for all business levels, from leadership to problem solving and you can even teach a course if you have a skill to share.
Cons
For me, there's no downside because they provide demos before you commit and the affordability plus thousands of class options makes it very flexible. I like that I can take fun team building workshops or more academic style courses depending on my needs.

“live classes with smooth interface”
Pros
One thing I like about this software is the live classes. The user interface is top notch and makes attending sessions very smooth.
Cons
It does feel pricey to use this platform and I've also noticed that videos often take time to load which interrupts the flow.
