Pros
I find it to be an excellent training tool suitable for various purposes like team development, managerial enhancement, and customer service proficiency. The wide array of courses they offer ensures there is something for everyone. I particularly appreciate the feature that allows me to save my progress in each course.
Cons
I wish they upload newer courses more frequently.

Pros
This software is very user-friendly and it has all the tools I need for training and creating lessons for new hires or employees. This comprehensive design makes it simple for new joinners to learn and acquire new information. Also, everything is organized and accessible.
Cons
Skillsoft seems limited in terms of training. It provides all the lessons and reminders, but once I have completed them, there is not much left for me to do on the platform.

Pros
My team utilizes both Skillsoft and Percipio for our learning and development needs. The available courses are sufficient and we also have the flexibility to incorporate our own materials.
Cons
Adding my own courses is quite tough, and it lacks some features I hqve seen on other L&D sites. The reporting is not great either.

I discovered a wide variety of learning modules, videos, and reading materials that I could easily incorporate into learning packages for our users. There was always new and exciting content being added, which kept things fresh and engaging. Also, we consistently received plenty of notice when any content was going to be retired. This advance warning allowed us to effectively plan for replacements or removals, ensuring that our learning resources remained up-to-date and relevant for our audience.
Cons
I was disappointed with the integration with our LMS because the completion data was not automated. This issue might be more related to our LMS, but I would prefer a bit more thorough integration.

This is an excellent study environment if you want to advance your professional expertise. For over 15 years, I have consistently used this platform. This platform is fantastic for helping me learn IT concepts relevant to my line of work. I quickly search and can choose from a few different study possibilities.
Cons
Of course, being a user for over a year, I've had my fair share of complaints. Videos can only help you learn how to actually use this software to its limit. This platform doesn't include any labs, so there's no way to assess your comprehension of the subject via laboratories.

I benefited greatly from the training sessions focused on enhancing my management and leadership skills leading to improvements in both my personal growth and business performance. In general I view it favorably.
Cons
There is definitely a need for further development to allow for offline learning. Being able to access materials without an internet connection would significantly enhance the learning experience, especially for those who may not always have reliable internet access.

I have seen increased success in getting my clients hired at MNCs with the help of SkillPort. Its extensive selection of industry-recognized training has helped them pick up new skills and improve their chances of landing a new job.
Cons
But I do have to mention that the courses, at least some of them, are a bit outdated. They have gone a long time without receiving any updates. As a result, I sometimes have to restrict a client from a particular course so they don’t end up learning a thing from yesteryear.

This software has all the features I needed for my rather small setup. I have used it to train myself and the employees on several topics. The UI is modern and sleek, and the software is robust; it rarely crashes. The ability to use several kinds of tablets and desktops really makes it a dependable tool.
Cons
Ive had so many problems in the past because of the unstable internet, and despite numerous complaints, Skillsoft still does not have an offline learning option. The courses are not made for people of all skill levels, so some may find them difficult.

I think the platform is easy for our learners to use, so they can quickly find the materials they need. The customer service team does an excellent job of providing support and guidance. They are always available to help with any questions or problems, which really enhances the experience for our users. I have experienced occasional outages, though they are not frequent. It seems that when one issue gets resolved, another one tends to pop up. For example, after the lab outages were fixed, I noticed that there were issues with the videos. However, I am pleased to say that these kinds of incidents have not occurred in about two years now.

The production quality is outstanding and very professional, showcasing top-tier presenters. I have found the service provided by the Skillsoft staff to be unmatched. They are always helpful and attentive, which adds a lot of value to the overall experience.
Cons
Some of our teams prefer learning content that feels more relatable to our office environment. I have noticed that the polished production of Skillsoft content can sometimes feel too corporate, which does not quite fit with our company culture.
