“frustrating to use

It's been helpful for organizing all of our different training materials in one place.

Cons

The user experience feels like it could use some improvement. I struggled with how awkward some of the basic functions were and it never really clicked for me.

One of the best features is the huge selection of courses. It makes it so easy to find exactly what we're looking for whether it's for general training or something more specific.

Nothing much but the huge amount of content can be overwhelming and sometimes makes the platform difficult to navigate.

It's great that the courses are so well-developed. Overall the LMS makes it pretty simple for us to work through all the learning modules.

The offline learning options are limited and as per me the pricing is a bit on the high side.

The massive course library is simply the best!!! and I love the certification options available to users. Plus it has some of the great features which include AI-based learning, an extensive course catalog, available certifications and flexible per-user pricing with access to both tech skills and compliance training.

We had access to a massive, ready-to-use catalog of training content which is the only thing I like.

To be honest, I struggled to stay engaged with most of the courses. The content felt a bit dry and didn't always feel relevant to what I needed which made it hard to stay focused

I really love the flexibility, being able to jump into a course on my phone or laptop whenever I have a free moment is a huge win. When you find a good one, the content is top-notch and the certificates you earn actually feel valuable and have definitely helped me in my career.

That said, you have to be a bit picky because not every course hits that high mark, the quality can be a bit hit-or-miss. It's also on the pricier side, so I sometimes find myself comparing costs to places like Udemy or LinkedIn Learning before I commit.

Using the platform can be time-consuming so I feel like some of its processes could be a lot more efficient.

The demo was a happy surprise as it walks you through everything step-by-step to help you decide. Once you sign up, the teaching options feel endless and are available in many languages. The AI course I took was engaging and easy to follow. Overall it is definitely worth buying after the 14 day free trial.

Their chat AI seems a bit overeager to me constantly popping up the moment we try to schedule a demo.

We can find so many educational books and videos on the platform, covering a wide variety of subjects.

You can only download 15 chapters for offline reading which seems to me an odd and restrictive limit.

My favorite thing is how Skillsoft handles content delivery. The material is well-organized and categorized by skill, so you can easily find what you need for your development. You also get badges after finishing a course to verify your new skills.

Some organizations do not recognize its certificates so at times they feel less valuable than other industry-standard certifications.
