This is an excellent study environment if you want to advance your professional expertise. For over 15 years, I have consistently used this platform. This platform is fantastic for helping me learn IT concepts relevant to my line of work. I quickly search and can choose from a few different study possibilities.
Cons
Of course, being a user for over a year, Ive had my fair share of complaints. Videos can only help you learn how to actually use this software to its limit. This platform doesnt include any labs, so theres no way to assess your comprehension of the subject via laboratories.

I have seen increased success in getting my clients hired at MNCs with the help of SkillPort. Its extensive selection of industry-recognized training has helped them pick up new skills and improve their chances of landing a new job.
Cons
But I do have to mention that the courses, at least some of them, are a bit outdated. They have gone a long time without receiving any updates. As a result, I sometimes have to restrict a client from a particular course so they don’t end up learning a thing from yesteryear.

This software has all the features I needed for my rather small setup. I have used it to train myself and the employees on several topics. The UI is modern and sleek, and the software is robust; it rarely crashes. The ability to use several kinds of tablets and desktops really makes it a dependable tool.
Cons
Ive had so many problems in the past because of the unstable internet, and despite numerous complaints, Skillsoft still does not have an offline learning option. The courses are not made for people of all skill levels, so some may find them difficult.

The software, further, provides learners with personalized training programmes, targeted subjects, and learning recommendations.What I love the most about the interface, however, is the fact that it feels very personalized; the home screen highlights feature information depending on user interests. Favorite courses can be organized and bookmarked by users. Employees can receive automated notifications when new content has been added. So - all in all - a lot offered under the same (software) roof!

There have been occasional outages although not frequent. An issue arises where one problem is fixed but another emerges. For instance after resolving lab outages video outages occurred. However these incidents have not occurred in about 2 years.

But I do have to mention that the courses, at least some of them, are a bit outdated. They have gone a long time without receiving any updates. As a result, I sometimes have to restrict a client from a particular course so they don’t end up learning a thing from yesteryear.
