Pros
The customer support team is incredibly active and helpful. I can customize everything to match my business's specific skills and competencies. The system sends useful reminders when skills and training are about to expire so nothing falls through the cracks. It links well with eLearning platforms and automatically updates skills when training is completed. Batch updates for users and skills are easy and save me tons of time.
Cons
The only drawback is it's not a complete HR solution. Ideally you'd want everything in one system though that's not really a fault of the platform itself.

Pros
I can quickly add team members and keep all our on-site competency documents organized.
Cons
Scheduling classes feels awkward and needs to be more streamlined. Would love an easier way to build custom course content like theory exams and assessments.

“great for Competency tracking but needs better reporting features”
Pros
I love how this platform tracks individual competency records and provides clear guidance on e-learning packages, inductions and management procedures. The quizzes at the end of each module are really helpful and the direct integration with our induction platform Intasite works great. It's an amazing tool that gives great insights across different business departments. Uploading training records is so much easier compared to our old system and it's made my job significantly simpler. Our entire company has embraced it really well and even our colleagues at Singapore HQ are impressed with how smoothly everything runs.
Cons
The reporting could use some work. I'd love to see an overall score for each person by department rather than having to dig through individual records. Something like a ranking from most to least competent would be really helpful for getting a quick overview of the team.

“Excellent software, Support Team stands out!”
Pros
The platform has given us a simple method for communicating employee skill sets to management. This will help streamline various business processes. I've really appreciated the admin interface. It's very user-friendly. The customer service from Darren and his team is outstanding. They're always available via email or video call whenever we need assistance with questions.
Cons
I honestly can't think of anything that really bothers me about it. Whenever I suggest improvements, the team actually listens and either introduces them or seriously considers adding them as features.

“User friendly Competency Management tool”
Pros
Its convenient to use and the interface is tidy. All the capabilities seem perfect for competency management. Everything just clicks together in a way that makes sense for what we're trying to accomplish.
Cons
The dashboard could use some work. It shows data well enough but I wish I could export directly from there instead of having to run seperate reports every time I want to pull the information.
