flexible branding and growth

Pros

Getting started with Neovation's it LMS didn't take long and the rollout was quick for our team but it still has enough depth to support us as we expand and take on more over time. The customization is also a big plus because our learners can see their own store or branding that matches the environment they actually work in.

Cons

We know improvements are already being worked on for language integrations but one area that still needs work is the built-in course translation for other languages which we wish were stronger.

Customized, engaging and reliable tool

Pros

Everything about it feels user-friendly and it fits my needs really well. It's engaging to work with and the support team has been the best part of the experience.

Cons

I can't point to any real downside. Any time I've come across an issue, the support team has been there right away to sort it out.

Easy coursework guidance

Pros

SmarterU has allowed me to seamlessly navigate through various levels of onboarding tests for employment purposes.

Cons

Initially, there is a slight learning curve that makes it a bit cumbersome at times, but it becomes more manageable with experience.

versatile LMS content builder

Pros

It lets you create a wide range of content formats within the LMS which makes it really flexible for building different kinds of learning materials.

Cons

The platform isn't very simple so it took quite a bit of time to learn and get comfortable using it. There's also an ongoing bug with a specific report that still hasn't been resolved after about three months.

fast automation and helpful support

Pros

The speed, automation, reporting and support desk have all been really great. Those parts make the system efficient to work with and help a lot day to day.

Cons

Getting comfortable with it takes time. The account permissions, group permissions and course permissions involve a pretty steep learning curve and take quite a while to fully understand.

Useful support and flexible reports

Pros

Platform is easy to use and it's simple to use day to day. I can pull just about any report I need which has been really useful. On top of that, the tech support team has been very helpful whenever assistance is needed.

Cons

Only real frustration is that removing a course from someone's profile can be a bit tricky.

Efficient learning plan features

Pros

Even though we haven't fully rolled it out yet, the platform already looks promising. It includes useful features like Libraries for building a knowledge base and it lets us create Learning Plans that combine online training, in-person sessions and articles in one place.

Cons

One area that hasn't really met expectations is the support from the Implementation Manager. Since we're still not live yet, I was hoping for more guidance and stronger recommendations around setup and overall structure.

powerful course tools but too much for small teams

Pros

There are plenty of features for creating courses, including multilingual support, a great quiz builder and a convenient way to move between different material types and formats. On top of that, the customer service and support were fantastic.

Cons

My biggest frustration at the time was that the course builder design wasn't responsive. It also didn't support simple cut-and-paste which meant spending a lot of extra time retyping content. Another downside is that the LMS offers more than a small business really needs. For a company with hundreds of employees, it probably makes sense as a training platform for a larger organization. But for a small business or training company, all that extra functionality just makes things more complicated and creates a pretty steep learning curve.

fantastic training automation

Pros

We're extremely pleased with this system for internal use. The learning plans have been fantastic and for the first time in a long while we finally have control over our internal training and records. The level of automation it provides is even better than we had hoped for. On top of that, the support team has been excellent and the company is very responsive to customer needs.

professional eLearning team

Pros

Working with the IT team has been a very positive experience. They were professional, supportive and clearly understood eLearning technology, pedagogical concepts and how to collaborate well as a team. I'm very happy with the product they delivered for us and would absolutely recommend the IT team!

Amazing team and strong product

Pros

Right from the start, the IT team has been professional, helpful and genuinely pleasant to work with. It's clear they have a great understanding of eLearning technology and pedagogical concepts and that expertise really came through in the final product they delivered for us. I'm very happy with the result and would gladly recommend the IT team.

customer-focused yet always improving

Pros

After using other systems, this is the first one I've seen that puts this much attention on its customers and keeps making ongoing improvements and updates. Their graphic design team does an excellent job and the support team has been just as impressive. Whenever I need help, I can count on a fast response and extra assistance. I would absolutely recommend them!

love the branded templates

PERFECT support and results

After recently signing a contract for the it LMS platform, I can say Josh Flower made a huge difference throughout the entire discovery process. As we worked through a crowded LMS vendor landscape, he stood out as the most attentive, genuine and personable representative I've dealt with in a long time. Our evaluation process was very thorough and Josh stayed engaged at every stage, consistently getting back to me quickly and coordinating with others at Neovation to help answer deeper technical and functional questions. He offered knowledgeable guidance and thoughtful ideas without making unrealistic promises. Josh truly represents both Neovation and it extremely well and he played a major role in my decision to move forward with this solution. fast grading and class setup

Pros

Getting classes assigned quickly and handling grading without hassle has been a huge plus and it honestly makes using the platform enjoyable. It's the best system I've worked with so far. Development moves at a great pace, it's a cost-effective option and the support team is responsive when needed.

Cons

Occasionally a button moves slightly after an update and I spend five seconds finding it but that's on me, not the platform.

From the start, this product has helped us deliver our learning content to a global audience very effectively. The team is genuinely supportive and listens closely to feedback from its subscriber community, then turns those needs and ideas into a thoughtful development roadmap. That ongoing approach keeps the platform evolving and improving for end users. On top of that, the senior management team is accessible and responsive and the support team is helpful, personable and effective. All of that makes it stand out as a leader in the LMS market.
