“Simplified goal and behavior tracking
Pros
Before using this tool, I did evaluations of goals and behaviors in Excel. With its implementation in our company, the process became much easier and I can track the employee history all in one platform.
Cons
When I update content for a specific training, it wipes out the history for those who've already viewed previous content. It would be helpful to have a way to mark that the previous content was already viewed by the employee, so it only needs an update without resetting the history for those with prior knowledge, while also allowing new users to start from scratch.

The system is self explanatory, with easy to understand parameters plus assisted setup is excellent and the staff has been very helpful to me.
Cons
Some information wasn't very clear when my team closed the contract, like the extra cost for importing existing data (such as performance review history, job history, etc.).

This platform is quite comprehensive, offering plenty of features that meet my company's needs.
Cons
I feel like it's a bit complex when it comes to doing certain things. For example, when registering goals, it doesn't quite understand what we want. There are so many performance review configurations that are almost identical, just set up in different ways.

Having everything I need, performance management, goal tracking and development, on one tool makes things so much simpler for me.
Cons
Some features could be improved, like in the action plan for unmet goals. It could be more detailed, showing when deadlines are missed. I've also encountered some "bugs" in a few training sessions.

“efficient but performance forms lack ease
Pros
I use the Training, Performance and Feedback modules. They meet my needs and the integration with our HR system allows for automation. It's user friendly for me. The training module supports SCORMs, PDFs and videos and I can easily extract up to date reports on my team's training. Certificates and reaction evaluations also work well and meet my needs.
Cons
I think the performance module could be improved, especially the visual appearance and the interface of the performance review forms. Employees also have difficulty finding their performance review reports. Both leaders and employees need to take a less simple path to locate them.

I feel like it tends to freeze often and there are limitations on the size of the content I upload for training. I'd love it if the platform had recruitment and selection features, so I could have a single platform for all people management tasks.

The implementation process was straightforward, and the team was extremely helpful in teaching me how to use, apply, and standardize the system. On a daily basis, I appreciate how practical and simple it is. Even individuals who haven't received formal training can easily navigate the basic functions.
Cons
In the goals module, I noticed there are frequent bugs with the filters and searches. The training module is also not very user friendly.

Pros
Managing my team is much easier with access to historical evaluations. It helps me a lot in creating individual action plans or structured feedback. The communication channel through posts makes it easy to spread information throughout the company. The ability to interact between stores is fantastic, though it's not used as much as it could be.
Cons
It would be great to have more development tracks for me, with more free content and the process for adding employees to the database could be optimized.
