“Centralizes workflow but needs stronger reporting features

Pros

This software has definitely bettered my advance management workflow. This centralized platform lets me handle everything from lead generation to collections saving me time and keeping things organized. I also appreciate how simple it is. Both my team and I picked it up quickly without much training.

Cons

The reporting features could be stronger and I wish there were integrations with some of the accounting software I rely on. Sometimes I find myself needing more advanced functionality than what's currently available.
