Learning and communication modules work so smoothly together that I see higher engagement from users. I can quickly create, share and target content and the gamification features like badges, stickers, points and leaderboards add great variety. Both admins and employees find the interface simple.
Cons
What I'd improve is the lack of a mobile app for admins which means course creation has to be done on the web. Large scale user administration could also be smoother, though they do offer user import integrations.
