The flexibility is a big plus since it lets you work on tasks at any level from wherever you are whether you're on a PC or using your phone.

Cons

A downside is that there isn't any one on one contact with teachers as the interaction happens through group discussions instead.

It's a really helpful platform for building someone's skills in different areas especially when it comes to language development.

Cons

The biggest challenge is finding the time since most participants need a workplace email to join and are often too busy to finish the course within the required timeframe.

Being able to switch between different modes in the platform is really useful. It lets me practice the language in a variety of contexts and in different ways whether that means speaking with people about different topics or learning new vocabulary. The initial setup was also very easy which made getting started simple.

Cons

It would be better if there were a more detailed assessment at the beginning of each user's needs especially their work environment before starting the course. In my case I couldn't find much vocabulary related to public administration which is the field I work in. Instead there were sometimes very detailed discussions about banking topics or terms that I don't even know in Italian.

Pros

Getting started was very easy and that same simplicity carries through to accessing the platform and joining lessons with the teachers. The teachers are genuinely empathetic which makes the whole experience feel very positive and comfortable. I'm completely satisfied with both the lesson content and the teaching methods and the initial setup process was also very simple to complete.

Cons

If there's one thing that could be better it would probably be the interaction with the teachers or more generally with the basic user side of the platform.

Pros

Using the platform feels very accessible and I really appreciate how it walks me through the learning journey. The level based structure where new content unlocks as I make progress, keeps everything organized and gives me a clear, motivating path to keep moving forward.

Cons

One thing that would make it even better is having a dedicated section for grammar theory. For instance when working on exercises about a specific topic, it would be helpful to have a place right there to review the related grammar rules.

Pros

Being able to move through the platform at my own pace has been one of the best parts and the content quality has also been really strong. The platform feels very accessible and the practical exercises and classes genuinely help build fluency. On top of that the communicative approach and interactive tools keep the learning process engaging, dynamic and effective.

Cons

Overall the experience has been excellent. If I had to point out one small drawback it would be that I'd sometimes like to see more practical examples customizeed to real workplace situations just to strengthen the applied side of learning.
