Pros

No matter where or how people want to learn, this platform makes it possible because the whole solution is clearly built around client needs. The learning journey feels personalized, engaging and genuinely enjoyable for our users. I also really appreciate how willing their team is to go the extra mile in everything they do. The AI Coach conversation feature has been especially well received and our learners are genuinely impressed by it and use it enthusiastically.

Being able to book classes at my own pace is a huge plus. The teachers provide plenty of feedback and adjust the syllabus based on your interests which makes the lessons feel more personal. The activities they suggest are very engaging and you genuinely learn a lot from them.

The platform could be more accessible since it takes a bit of time to get familiar with how everything works.

Pros

One thing that really works well with this platform is how it fits around my schedule which makes learning English much more convenient. The platform is also enjoyable to use so the process feels more engaging. I especially appreciate the in person classes since they are an important part of the experience for me. Getting started was also very easy and the initial setup made it uncomplicated to begin using the platform.

It's a really practical tool for learning and it also makes the whole experience fun.

At times it doesn't open and when the data updates we have to log in again but it's nothing unusual.

The teaching team is outstanding! A solid 10! There's a lot of flexibility to take either private or group classes across a wide range of hours which makes it very convenient. The topics are diverse, engaging and genuinely useful. I also really enjoyed the grammar and vocabulary sections along with how the exercises are presented. I absolutely loved everything!

Honestly I can't think of anything to criticize. I've loved everything about it.

It adjusts to my availability really well and the teaching approach is quite varied which keeps the learning process interesting.

Something I didn't like was that the coach canceled an exam once although it only happened a single time.

Right from the start felt very easy to use. The interface is clear and self explanatory so I can find what I need without having to rely on instructions. The trainers are friendly and understanding which makes the experience more enjoyable. I also appreciate how the tasks are structured! They are short enough to finish in a spare moment and the varying task lengths keep things pleasant. Setting everything up at the beginning was also simple and accessible.

Cons

A small downside was that the coach selected at the beginning did not end up playing as important a role as I had expected.

Pros

It impressed me with its teaching approach especially because the teachers are all native speakers and keep everything very practical. That style creates the perfect environment to improve the language while staying relaxed and motivated. The initial setup is also very accessible with only a few simple steps so getting started feels quick and easy. I would definitely recommend it!

I honestly have nothing negative to point out. Everything feels carefully designed down to the smallest detail.

Being able to choose both the classes and the teachers in the platform is a big plus and it works really well. The Skill Lab is also very valuable because it helps students build stronger communication skills. On top of that getting everything set up at the beginning was very simple.

Cons

One thing I'd want improved is the cancellation notice period for classes. At times four hours just isn't enough since unexpected things can happen and you may need to cancel only an hour before the session.

The 1 on 1 lessons have been really useful and I truly appreciate the teacher.

The exercises in the platform don't add much value and the grammar explanations feel too brief.

Right from the start the explanations are clear and the practice exercises for improvement are kept to a reasonable length. It feels thoughtfully designed in a way that helps with quick memorization which makes it worth continuing to use.

Ran into an issue when trying to transfer the app to my personal phone. On top of that the speaking playback feature could use some improvement.

Pros

Really takes me back to school in a good way with all the exercises and practice activities. Being able to retry questions as many times as needed works really well for me. I've picked up a lot of leadership skills too especially around how to speak to people with respect and dignity. The audio lessons have been especially useful and motivating and the focus on listening and pronunciation is very important for real communication. It also helps me notice my weak areas whenever I get something wrong on a test. The setup at the beginning was simple and overall it fits well for me as a worker and someone providing for my children. I would definitely encourage others to join this program.

Do not have any real complaints because it is doing a good job helping people improve their English which is such an important language worldwide.

Using this software for language training has been really useful especially when I'm working through languages like German and English. It makes understanding a word very easy because I can simply click on it and instantly see the meaning. That has helped a lot while learning. I also appreciated how quick and simple the setup process was.

Didn't run into any real issues with it aside from the occasional problem when I forget my password and can't log in.
