“Ticket submission is easy with it
Pros
Spoke is a tool that I really like. It provides an easy way, through Slack integration, to submit tickets and requests for various needs. It helps a lot in tracking and managing everything, especially as our company scales and the HR/IT department receives an overwhelming number of questions.
Cons
There are some features that are hard to find or not intuitive. However, once you become familiar with the product, it becomes incredibly easy to use.

“The transcription saved me!
Pros
Spoke has made my work so much easier! I was fed up with other transcription services, but Spoke nailed it with over 90% accuracy. My job often requires me to transcribe lectures and this tool has been a lifesaver. Plus, I can create short videos from longer ones and share the key points on social media. Spoke has solved all my problems and consistently delivers excellent results. I am very satisfied.
Cons
No cons but I am excited about the new features the Spoke team is working on. Soon, they will release an option to organize all my files into folders.

“Love their customer service
Pros
I love how Spoke integrates with SSO and allows me to build various curricula based on job titles. Its also great to upload content in multiple formats. The best part of Spoke is their customer service. They are very responsive and always ready to hop on a call when needed.
Cons
It takes some time to get used to the system and understand how different aspects affect each other. However, customer service was always quick to provide tips and tricks whenever I needed some.

“Spoke is great for an LMS
Pros
I really like Spoke's customizability as it allowed us to customize it to our unique job-training needs for candidates from across the country.
Cons
New users have only 24 hours to log in before their link expires, causing frequent password lock-out and reset issues, which the Unboxed team told us we must troubleshoot. We weren't trained on fixing passwords and login problems initially, but now we know how to use that option. The "Start Over" option also resets course progress for users, which can make them lose access to our business unknowingly. They might only want to "review the completed course" but can accidentally hit the wrong button and disrupt their accounts.

“It meets all our needs!
Pros
About two years ago, Spoke LMS replaced our outdated and complicated LMS. It's been a fantastic addition to our company, providing not just course access but also discussion boards and community interaction. Spoke's customer service has been amazing because it meets all our needs and requests for customized features. They regularly upgrade and add new features that our learners can use. Uploading and managing courses is easy and user-friendly. Users find it simple to browse for courses, access resources, and post on community discussion boards. The user interface is sleek, clean and very user-friendly.
Cons
We have found that the Spoke LMS is exactly what our learners need and we are happy so no complaints

The modern look and interface of Spoke are impressive and the development team goes above and beyond to meet our team's needs.
Cons
The back-end is a bit simple, but the Unboxed/Spoke team is always open to making additions that make life easier for us (administrators) and users.

“Exactly what we wanted
Pros
When we searched for a new LMS, one of our top requirements was user-friendliness and engagement. Spoke has met these requirements perfectly. Employee engagement has skyrocketed and now they interact with Spoke daily or weekly instead of just once or twice a year.
Cons
As we are still growing into Spoke, my main concern is that it continues to grow with our needs. So far, Unboxed has been very responsive to our requests. They have been very open to updates for Spoke and have already implemented several of our suggestions.

Pros
Their focus on user experience is outstanding. The support is unmatched and whenever I need the platform to do something new, they immediately look into implementing it and always exceed my expectations.
Cons
There is very little to dislike. Administration takes a bit longer to get it than it does for users, but the support team is always quick to help with a positive attitude.

Pros
I love the visual design, easy navigation, and customer support. The team listens to feedback to constantly innovate and improve its performance and the price is great. The Spoke team feels like part of my own team! I adore them.
Cons
The reporting side of the platform is good, but I am sure they're working to make it better. I expeirenced a few glitches with mobile optimization.

Spoke has a modern look and feel which makes it easy to use and everything feels accessible. I also like the community page, which improves collaboration among learners.
Cons
The online reports are quite rigid, and I'd like more flexibility. The "Up Next" feature does not work for our company and it would be nice if we could remove it to avoid confusion.
