“Training that delivers
Pros
Using this VR training and simulation software has been a practical way to address real world challenges quickly. The detailed data and analytics it provides are especially valuable when working through industrial use cases and finding effective solutions.
Cons
Honestly there is nothing significant to complain about. Having worked in the deep tech industry I see this as one of the strongest platforms out there for immersive solutions and training insights.

“strong training rollout
Pros
Employee training has gone to another level with this platform. It's one of the earliest and strongest solutions available on the market and the onboardinng was handled really well!
Cons
A lot of employees who participated in the training weren't familiar with this kind of approach or the technology used with the platform so there was some initial surprise and adjustment at the beginning.

“positive experience
Pros
The VR capability delivers a highly realistic training experience. It also helps a lot with data analytics during training and gives valuable insights. On top of that the customer support team has been reliable and helpful.
Cons
There are only a limited number of modules available right now. The cost of VR training is also on the higher side even if the technology feels forward looking. It may not be practical or useful for everyone.

“Great training!
Pros
Working with this software has been really beneficial for customer interactions because the 360 degree view makes the experience feel much more practical and engaging. It lets us work with different videos and present them in a 360 degree format for customers which creates a true hands on learning experience.
Cons
Honestly I haven't come across any specific downside with it since it's very user friendly. The only thing I'd suggest is adding some new AI powered features to make it even more customer friendly.

“encourages practical skills
Pros
Using this has been a strong way to build immersive training experiences through virtual reality. It recreates real life situations in a safe, controlled setting so learners can practice skills, get feedback and build confidence before facing those situations for real. Another big advantage is the analytics and tracking tools which give both learners and trainers useful insights into progress, highlight areas that need work and help personalize training based on individual needs.
Cons
One thing to keep in mind with them is that it can be costly since VR technology is not cheap to roll out. There are also hardware demands because learners may need access to VR headsets and controllers. On top of that how effective the training is can depend heavily on how well the simulations are designed and whether trainers are able to give the right level of guidance and feedback. Because of this accessibility and overall impact may vary for certain organizations or users.
