“Weak mobile app”

Pros

One of the strongest parts of the it Learn platform is the intelligent assistant. It lets you highlight text from the web and search across the it enterprise for relevant content which makes finding information much more useful and efficient.

Cons

Biggest downside, by far, is the inconsistent mobile app. At a time when people expect content to be fully accessible on their phones and tablets, it doesn't deliver well. We've run into login and connectivity problems and there have also been cases where employees didn't get credit for trainings they already completed.

“An interesting e-learning training platform!”

Pros

The training is interactive, and the quizzes are easy to follow and engaging. It's a simple way for me to monitor the training progress of my teams!

Cons

It would be beneficial to have more training options accessible via mobile devices.

Pros

Packed with a lot of features, it really covers everything I need and offers a very large capacity.

Cons

Interface feels overly complex and I don't see any real way to simplify it.

“powerful features for enterprise learning”

Pros

Across the platform, there are plenty of unique features and it aligns well with the needs of many industries. The Global Search is especially useful because it lets users look up almost everything in one place, including navigation links, people, training objects, communities and more. Extended Enterprise Learning is another strong capability, particularly for large organizations that want to sell courses through eCommerce to external stakeholders or even the public. On top of that, the Learning Administration piece offers full front-end administration and configuration so teams can manage it internally after implementation which can save the organization a significant amount in AMC costs.

Cons

A few features are still maturing and will likely become much more appealing as they continue to improve. The Content Library includes all available courses for users but it can feel overwhelming at times and it helps if you already know the exact course category before trying to make full use of it. Reporting also needs more refinement especially to make report customization more user-friendly. That said these do not feel like major drawbacks so much as areas that are still in progress.

“Clean design with flexible setup”

Pros

Clean, simple, almost minimalist interface is the part I appreciate most because it makes the overall user experience much better. Another big advantage is the strong level of customization which lets both students and teachers adapt the app to their own needs without much trouble. On top of that, the price is clearly lower than many comparable apps. I know itLearning well since we use it as the LMS at the university. Getting everything set up and running took time but we were very happy with the end result. It is not quite as easy to use as we wanted though it is still a very good piece of software.

Cons

App still needs a lot of improvement. The navigation could be much better and it often forces you to click through too many pop-ups which wastes time. The reporting system feels underdeveloped and is basically not useful at this stage. A few other features also fail to work the way they should and that can create miscommunication between professors and students. On top of that, technical support has not been helpful and is often unresponsive so you are usually left dealing with software issues on your own.

“custom branding and clean layout”

Pros

LMS page can be customized to match my company really well and the overall presentation looks polished. Everything is laid out clearly in a user-friendly format so it's simple to navigate and use.

Cons

One minor annoyance is that whenever I open a document in the program, it launches in a new window and redirects me two or three times. It's tedious to deal with although it isn't actually broken.
