Pros

The Pathway builder is user friendly. I can create custom learning paths for my team using resources like YouTube videos. We've mapped out our entire engineering career framework so now everyone knows exactly what's expected in their role and how to develop the skills they need for growth.

Cons

The reporting and analytics features are pretty basic and could use more depth.

I find this platform really flexible for what we need. It lets me build and track career development paths for my team while making the whole process more engaging through gamification features.

So far, I honestly can't think of anything I dislike about it. They are always responsive to our feedback and quickly address any issues while helping us set up new features.

Right now there aren't many training courses available, just a handful of pre-set ones.

“Convenient Volunteer Training with SuperPath

Pros

Training flexibility has been a game-changer for us. Our volunteers can work through everything at their own pace instead of trying to coordinate meetings across 50 states and 5 different time zones.

Cons

I wish there was a way to hide our organization's content in the library from volunteers so they cant skip ahead. Its really challenging when we're trying to make them complete one pathway before moving to the next especially since we've already uploaded everything while building new paths.
