All the data gets saved automatically which makes it really easy for me to search for a specific candidate or even review an entire assessment drive whenever needed.

We used iPads with our students and I found it worked easily with our other testing systems which made managing everything much easier.

Being the first K�12 system to implement it was a bit challenging since the tool wasn't originally built with K�12 in mind, so the integration process took longer than we anticipated.

Setting up exams was easy. With just a little guidance, I was able to set the exam, apply time limits and randomize questions. I also appreciated that we could add our own logo and customize emails and instruction screens for students and families.

When we used it for a Latin exam it was hard to display translation passages in a way that wasn't tough for the student. Not a deal-breaker though and our support rep Sid helped with workarounds.

The system works exactly as expected. I notice it really simplifies my work especially during enrollment periods.

Managing invitations was tricky at first especially deleting ones sent to incorrect emails or to people who didn't enroll. I also expected exam-completion notifications but eventually realized constant alerts might be overwhelming.

Recording videos is easy and I find the end-user interface very simple to understand. The mobile app for candidates is super user-friendly which makes it easy for them to complete exams or interviews.

The admin platform, in my experience, could handle bulk uploads and processing more efficiently.

It's simple to get started, I have noticed that support is great and it even works well on mobile devices which is super convenient.

A lot of features still feel limited. I can't edit the registration form without waiting around two weeks. Large files are difficult to download. Panels often need to add Captcha which is frustrating and they have to clear their browser history every time just to open the tool. Many students also struggle to use it smoothly.

Technical glitches during exams and the helpline number not working were frustrating moments especially when candidates needed assistance.
