“accessible back office”
Pros
The back office feels accessible to use, it's fast and I haven't run into any bugs at all.
Cons
The support service isn't always as quick or responsive as it should be. Client care and follow up could be better and there seems to be a lack of proactivity from both the project lead and the commercial team when it comes to understanding our needs. They do react when something comes up which is already a strong point but we also need them to help drive things forward. Communication hasn't always been easy.

Pros
Helps us connect with people in the field especially medical reps. While they're waiting to meet with doctors they can use that time to train, refresh their knowledge and be better prepared for the conversation.
Cons
Unfortunately the user interface supports only a limited number of languages.

“Reliable platform”
Pros
It is really easy to learn how to use the platform and configure it, whether you're working as an administrator, designer, manager or learner. The whole platform feels smooth, user friendly, engaging, stable and dependable.
Cons
Having more options for reporting exports especially for dates and time periods would be a big improvement. There also still aren't quite enough quiz based activities available.

“Constant updates”
Pros
Being able to use the app on both phone and computer is a real advantage! It's simple to use with barely any bugs and the platform keeps improving with new features and new activities. The hotline is also very responsive which is reassuring when support is needed
Cons
The Live feature is interesting in theory but it still lacks performance. Results do not always appear right away and it would benefit from a true interaction flow with one question, one answer, one score then a second question with the score added and so on. It is also not possible to open a second activity while keeping the first one active for learners who are progressing at different speeds. Another limitation is that GIFs cannot be added.
