Pros

Has been an exceptional platform for us overall. It helped us roll out personalized, skill based learning at scale while still keeping employees genuinely involved in the process. The LMS feels accessible to use and the analytics are powerful enough to monitor learning progress, engagement levels and skill growth across different teams. One thing we especially appreciated was how it ties learning outcomes back to business KPIs which makes the value of training much clearer to leadership. The onboarding and support experience also went very well and adoption within the first month was even better than we expected. The biggest highlight is how well it creates individualized learning paths for each employee while maintaining strong engagement through gamified content and real time feedback.

Cons

The platform is strong overall but we would still like deeper integrations with a few third party HR and analytics tools so reporting can feel even more smooth.
