Nothing complicated about it. What really stands out is how well it connects people in our community who share similar interests and expertise. It takes away that awkward pressure you usually feel when networking the traditional way. I also appreciate being able to host office hours and tap into the community features. It's a smart way to blend networking, mentorship and virtual engagement all in one place.

Cons

Mobile app missing for younger users. The platform covers everything else we need though.

This platform has been very effective for building employee connections at our company. Since this was our first time introducing an employee connectivity program, we weren't sure what to expect but the results speak for themselves. We managed to establish over 4000 connections across a 3 year period. It's been amazing to see how it brings people together who might never have met otherwise.

Managing the shift to this system has been tricky since it requires everyone to change how they work which doesn't happen overnight. Handling inquiries when communications get pushed through has been frustrating though I understand it's just part of the growing pains with any new platform.

The support they provide is exceptional and the platform really meets our needs well. The reporting features are solid too.

The communication only comes in one language which is frustrating since we're supposed to get correspondence in both official languages here in Canada.
