“versatile & easy to use

Pros

I have been using this tool for almost a year and find it extremely versatile and easy to use. The staff communicates well, provides free updates and always listens to suggestions or concerns. I'm very happy with their service.

Cons

The platform has a learning curve and the UI could be more user friendly but overall, I don't have any major complaints.

Pros

Exams are easy to set up for me and the customer service team is excellent. I also appreciate the different templates available which help students get used to various online exams. Onboarding for staff was smooth and efficient.

Cons

It could be a bit more user friendly for me. For example, I think it would be great to add students individually to courses instead of only in batches and having a customizable website look would be a nice touch.

“handles tests & grading

Pros

After researching many platforms, I found this software met all my needs at a reasonable cost. I love that it handles math equations, timed tests, automatic grading, reporting and exporting answers, all while providing responsive customer support.

Cons

I'd love it if test takers could eliminate answers onscreen or highlight text but that's just a wish list. Honestly, the benefits of this tool far outweigh these minor cons.

Pros

For me the ease of use, a supportive team and strong customer service make the experience enjoyable and since I started using this software, my work has been smooth.

Cons

The platform does a great job for my team with camera and new tech for exams, security check ins, e-certificates and connecting login and purchase facilities.

Pros

The exam module is superb, with various templates that prepare my students for competitive online exams. I also value that this tool allows posting video classes, notes and files, providing a complete e learning solution during the pandemic.

Cons

One thing I'd mention is that the Leaderboard can be a bit confusing, especially with its Trophy calculations and the analytics could use some improvement.

I feel the platform addresses most of the e-learning requirements I need effectively.

There's definitely room for improvement and I'd love more customization options for the software administrator.

On iOS, I've noticed problems come and go, though on Android it works really well.

We can upload questions easily and the interface is very simple to navigate. It helps me save time and focus on training rather than technical issues.

When extending a package date, I have to reschedule every test which can be tedious.
