Pros

Setting up training groups is really easy and the clean minimal interface makes the important information easy to spot right away! It also connects well with all of the applications we already use. Performance has been consistently reliable across our company with no outages at all :)

Cons

I'd just like to see more department specific training options in it.

“simple training hub”

Pros

Having all the security awareness training in one place makes a big difference. It keeps everything organized so it's simple to see what's due and what's already been completed. The videos are well done, informative and they stay interesting instead of feeling dull. It also helps that the content breaks training down in a way that's clear and easy to follow!

Cons

I really don't have any complaints. It's a solid training and compliance tool.

“Engaging security training content”

Pros

It has a wide range of features and learning materials that I really value including media, documents, games and interactive quizzes. Using different formats to teach and assess users from multiple angles helps build a stronger understanding of cybersecurity. Since it's a SaaS product the initial setup was also very easy.

Cons

The interface feels a little underdeveloped and somewhat disjointed at times. It would be better with improved styling, more fluid navigation and a more consistent design across the tabs since they currently don't feel very unified.
