I run into technical issues sometimes and the feature set feels pretty bare bones compared to what I'd expect. Also had some frustrating integration problems with other systems we use.

The customer service team is really professional and well trained and I love how interactive the exam building features are. It makes creating tests so much more engaging.
Cons
The setup process could have been smoother and there were a few minor hiccups during setup that required their support team to step in.

Found it easy to get the hang of. I've never struggled to figure out how anything works. Creating different kinds of assessments is convenient since there are plenty of question types to choose from. The system handles multiple users well and I haven't experienced any hanging or lag issues.
Cons
