Honestly this is one of the most well trained and supportive teams I've encountered in learning & development.

The only downside is that THIRST doesn't have a US headquarters yet.

For anyone seeking a lightweight LMS solution, this is definitely worth considering especially since the per user pricing model works well for startups and smaller organizations.

Cons

Communication about updates could be much better. I often miss new features because there's no clear notification system making it tough to keep up with platform changes.
