Pros
I'm impressed by how fast they respond whenever I have questions. No unnecessary delays and they really get to the bottom of issues instead of just putting bandaids on problems. The whole team knows their stuff inside and out. We've thrown some pretty specific challenges at them that were unique to our business and they've solved every single one. Their tactical and technical skills are top-notch!

Pros
The customer service team really listens to our feedback and has adjusted their solutions specifically for what we need at MML.
Cons
Nothing really bothers me about it. Being one of there early customers, we've had an excellent experience overall.

“Comprehensive Content Library”
Pros
I appreciate how it combines a full learning management system with an extensive content library that covers leadership, empathy, behavioral skills and other important topics.
Cons
The preset assessment options feel pretty limited, i would ould love to see more variety there. Don't get me wrong, creating custom assessments is simple enough but having more ready-made templates would save time.
