One thing that really worked well was how thoughtfully the programme was structured with a solid balance between theory and practical application. The faculty also did an excellent job of relating concepts to real world healthcare scenarios which made the learning much more meaningful. Overall I got a lot of value from the programme and would absolutely recommend it to peers in the healthcare field.

Right from the start the experience felt very personalized because every student was given individual attention and the faculty was consistently available whenever guidance or support was needed. The mentorship program was well run and genuinely useful with industry experts sharing practical insights that helped me define my career path more clearly. The curriculum was current and aligned with what the industry is looking for today which gave me a noticeable advantage in my field. The support also went far beyond academics, covering career counseling, interview preparation and networking opportunities that made a real difference in my job search.

Pros

This Sales and Service Management course for DCB Bank was delivered through a modern Interactive Learning platform in Direct to Device mode and I attended it on my laptop. The course could also be accessed on tablets and smartphones which made it very convenient. Every lecture and practical session was available through the softwares learning management system and I'm completely satisfied with the overall learning experience I had with it.

From the beginning this program gave managers and working professionals a solid grounding in the core concepts and practices of operations management across both services and manufacturing. It helped me build a better understanding of how to manage processes, resources and competencies more effectively. Aimed at professionals in manufacturing and supply chain functions such as design, procurement, production, logistics, sales and service delivery, the course delivers excellent value and is something I would definitely recommend.
