“Growing platform with potential to be better
Pros
They're constantly improving the platform to benefit both admins and end users. The focus on user-friendly design and simple setup really shows, though you'll still need some time to get comfortable with everything.
Cons
Since they're always pushing updates to improve things, it can sometimes mess up whatever regular tasks I had scheduled as an admin.

“Continuously Improving system with Strong Customer Service Focus
Pros
I'm really impressed with how much this platform offers. We're always adding fresh content to our system and setting up new products couldn't be easier. The catalog looks good and gives us tons of marketing possibilities that work perfectly for our association members. What really stands out though is the customer service. It's absolutely exceptional. When I was hunting for a replacement LMS, I looked at everything from features to pricing but customer support reviews were huge for me. After working with four different learning management systems, I can honestly say this has the best support I've ever experienced. When we hit some integration snags, they actually reached out to our partner company to help sort things out. Even though they're global, they respond super quickly no matter when I contact them. Having that level of support makes troubleshooting so much less stressful.
Cons
I sometimes find the improvements don't work the same way for every client we serve. The super admin controls give us plenty of options but I'd really like more flexibility when it comes to naming products. Our clients use different terms for their products and it would be great if we could use our own labels instead of being stuck with the standard naming system that comes built-in.

“Outstanding Experience with Support
Pros
The customer service here is very cooperative and professional. They respond quickly and are helpful. I love that they actually listen to feedback and keep making the product better. The setup team blew me away with their skills and I feel totally confident working with them on upgrades. What really stands out is how well they understand associations. We keep expanding with different product types and everything integrates smoothly.
Cons
We find ourselves budgeting for upgrades pretty frequently since new features don't make their way to older versions.
