“Great design for LMS instructions
Pros
The interface is simple and clean which makes everything really easy to navigate. There are tons of interactive content options and the support team always gets back to me quickly and effectively whenever I need help.
Cons
I'd love to see a live example of each type of interactive content. Also, the branching scenario needs to pull from already created content, not be standalone within the branch. Please make this change!

“Flexible tool that fits our needs
Pros
I love the content development tools and how customizable everything is. The checklists are also a nice touch and the support is always there when I need it.
Cons
The forums could really use some improvements. We use them every day but we can't get the analytics we need. It would also be great if there were more engaging features for both users and admins.

Pros
I can pretty much create whatever I need with the amount of customization available. It's really flexible and helps me get the job done.
Cons
There's not enough log files or tracking for admins especially when multiple admins are making changes to content. This would help a lot.

Pros
I really like how easy it is to make the training interactive. It keeps the learners engaged and makes everything more fun!
Cons
The reporting for each course is way too complicated. It'd be awesome to have a simple report that shows when employees were assigned a course, completed it and passed the quiz. Also, it would be really helpful if I could get alerts for overdue training.

“Helpful but challenging to learn
Pros
Tovuti has been a lifesaver for our organization especially when it comes to developing and delivering interactive on-demand training. It's been crucial for us especially in the post-pandemic learning environment.
Cons
From our experience, It seems to be best suited for organizations using it internally or with a limited number of users. We offer training through several partners and it's been tough to make the platform work for that without a lot of workarounds.

Pros
The course creation tools are awesome and I love the interactive content options. It makes the whole training process much more engaging.
Cons
There's limited detailed training on the different types of interactive content. There's guidance on basic usage but not much on advanced features. I feel like I'm not fully utilizing some of the capabilities because I don't know all the ways they can be used.

What I love most is how easy it is to use and how flexible it is. The system covers everything from creating interactive lessons to tracking student progress. I especially love the drag-and-drop feature for creating course content and it makes the whole process way more efficient and fun!
Cons
Overall, I'm happy with the platform but I will admit that it took some time to get used to everything. The integration process could've been smoother and at first, all the features and functionality felt overwhelming.

I really like It because it's got a user-friendly interface with bright, clear features that are really easy on the eyes. It's very easy for staff training and super customizable. Also, it's affordable, scalable and lets us import content quickly. It's fast and interactive too which makes it so much better.
Cons
It's a well-designed software with all the digital learning functions we need for our facilities. We haven't had any problems since we got it.

“Optimizes E-learning environment
Pros
Tovuti enabled us to create a learning environment with essential material. I appreciate that the platform provided me with realtime updates on my employees' progress in the courses. I could track which sections they were completing and which pages of the material they were on. Tovuti offers a great selection of courses and books in their extensive course library that can be used in all aspects of our company. The integrated chat feature facilitates discussion while learning and sharing material among employees. I really enjoyed using Tovuti.
Cons
Some of our employees are finding it difficult to learn from Tovuti's courses because they are mostly available in English and they do not have a strong command of the language. Unfortunately Tovuti requires an internet connection to be used. This means that if our employees are out of the office without mobile data they won't be able to access the app to continue their courses or access books. It would be much better if Tovuti could be used offline as well.
