“Terrible experience with TCP online”
Pros
They do offer training, which is really helpful. As long as you don't run into any major issues, everything tends to run smoothly.
Cons
There are always issues and getting in touch with support is difficult. No one answers the phone or calls you back, so you end up waiting anywhere from 30 minutes to 3 hours for help. Right now, none of our students can log in because of a recent update to the login feature and all it does is keep sending password reset emails. It’s pretty frustrating.

Pros
Adding full courses for new employees is pretty simple with TPC software. It's easy to set up and helps get them up to speed quickly.
Cons
The beta version still has some bugs and could benefit from more reporting options for administration purposes.

Pros
I find TPC Online to be very user-friendly for enrolling team members, assigning coursework and tests and tracking progress. Our team can access TPC Online courses anytime, anywhere, which is quite convenient. The course material is pretty easy to understand as it covers all the essential aspects of safety, troubleshooting, and mechanical and electrical systems.
Cons
I did like to have the ability to customize some courses to fit our specific systems and applications. It would also be valuable if TPC collaborated with current clients to develop programs for entry-level, mid-level, and advanced individuals across various skilled trades.

Pros
This software has standardized and simplified the fundamental needs of our department. It allows us to train and document the growth of our technicians nationwide without the need for immediate in-person training or costly travel arrangements.
Cons
Our biggest challenge has been getting leaders to evaluate team members effectively and place them in the right courses. This issue with evaluation and course selection has been the main problem with the program. Perhaps Artificial Intelligence could help TPC refine how evaluations and course selections are managed.
