“training tracking done right”

Pros

Keeping training records organized for our physical facilities staff is the main reason we use this. A lot of their roles require a specific number of training hours to stay compliant with job certifications and OSHA requirements. We went with this software because it lets us log exact amounts of time like 1.5 hours for a course and that level of detail is extremely important when we go through outside audits tied to required certifications.

Cons

Most of the issues we originally had have since been addressed and turned into features within the software. At this point I really do not have any cons to mention.

“reliable tool”

Pros

It brings together training schedules, tracking and employee history in one place which has been really helpful. The data extraction and export features are excellent for use in HRIS and employee development and over the years there have been very few software issues.

Cons

The only downside has been the customized reports which sometimes seem to generate inaccurate results.
