Having all the staff information in one place and easily accessible online is incredibly convenient and efficient. It saves me so much time and this allows me to quickly access what I need without any problem.

The workflow took me a while to get used to, as the navigation and processes weren't immediately simple when I first started using the platform.

It solves the problem of recording training and assessment and it makes reassessing simple when needed. The support from the team is excellent and proactive. I also like that quizzes are available as part of the assessment.

Access feels somewhat buggy without a dedicated app which means my team doesn't use it as a ready reference. Setting up training and differentiating staff roles while assigning training to team members still doesn't feel very simple to me.

What I love most is that I can keep a record of everyone's training and monitor when people complete their tasks. The reminder function for refreshing training is really important and it also reminds administrators to review the relevance of the training. This helps ensure all our training material stays up to date. The ability to delegate training and assessment to other team members really helps take the load off our management team.

The backend system for setting up new training and adding documents could be more user friendly from my perspective, though it works fine once you get familiar with it. I'd like more functionality in the editing areas but they're regularly adding new features so it keeps improving.

It is extremely user friendly and the customer service has been extremely helpful during setup and throughout the process of learning how to make the most of the platform.

It took me awhile to learn how to set everything up properly, though I'd recommend contacting their support for help. Once I got the hang of things, it became fairly easy. Sometimes I can't find previously uploaded elements when searching but this might be user error as we're still working through initial problems, nothing their team can't help fix.
