“Maximized mentor-mentee time efficiently
Pros
The software's functionality and customer service make it easy to maximize both mentor and mentee time. Mentors are well-prepared in advance and I can access them based on their specific expertise, allowing for valuable advice in brief, focused sessions.
Cons
For me, the initial setup for mentors seemed challenging but it was manageable.

“Balances features and simplicity
Pros
It strikes a great balance between features and simplicity. It's easy for both my internal staff and external customers to use. The team of this platform has been incredibly responsive from day one and they truly feel like an extension of my team.
Cons
There are always improvements to be made and I appreciate that the team has a to do list they're actively working through.

“Clean platform with excellent support
Pros
I think the platform is clean and simple and it focuses on delivering its core functionality exceptionally well. It provides outstanding customer support and is highly responsive to both us and our system users.
Cons
My suggestion is that some basic enhancements in scheduling and confirming sessions would improve the user experience. Additionally, more granularity in administrative roles would be helpful.

“User friendly interface
Pros
The interface is very simple and easy to use for me. It focuses on the mentor learner relationship with simple functions and excellent tools to encourage usage.
Cons
Certain features were still in development when I began but that was expected and its focus on customer service made all the difference for my team.

“Flexible booking with continuous updates
Pros
I like that our users can book sessions at any time and always have a great experience. The team of this tool is constantly updating the software, adding new data metrics and features like newsletters. It's clear that the team cares about both the software and their clients and I also appreciate that it integrates with other platforms we use.
Cons
I have no complaints, everything works great and we really like the product.
