The customization and Salesforce integration make it easy for me to manage mentor interactions carefully and efficiently.

Cons

Reporting data could be more comprehensive but I believe these features are on the way. In network communications can be clunky, though with Salesforce integration, neither of these issues are a problem since I can create customized communications and performance dashboards.

Calendar sync keeps everything easy and I love how it connects me with top diverse talent for recruiting and mentoring both within and outside my company.

Cons

I think, categorizing based on geographical location would be a great feature for me to have.

One of the biggest issue I have noticed for our mentors is that they can't block their calendar for days off. Although there are some workarounds, like pausing and reactivating them manually, it can be time consuming.

As an administrator, there are certain capabilities I lack, which means I have to rely on customer support for some tasks. Additionally, the metrics reporting could use some improvement, but it�s still a huge upgrade compared to the manual system we used previously.

I wish there was an easier way to track people who were invited but didn't create a profile. It would also be helpful to have Admins with different access levels, allowing them to see only the metrics for their specific cohort or group.

There's very little I don't like about the software. The only downside is the frequency of reminders which can be a bit much at times.

It quickly gave my team the needed details, allowing us to focus on the individuals we really wanted to meet with. The connections were made easily and the networks have been valuable for our business growth.

Some of the my team mentors were hesitant to use the features offered to them which slowed things down a bit.

It's very simple and easy to use. I can get to the call room in under 30 seconds, the call quality is great and the chat function came in handy for one of my calls.

Cons

You need to use Chrome and as a Safari user, I find Chrome a bit heavy on computer usage. I had both installed, so it wasn't a big deal.

Everything went smoothly for me and there are no cons about this software from my team.

I loved that the software integrated video chat instead of needing another software extension. The email confirmations for all my sessions with Under Armour employees were also a great touch. The automated reminders helped a lot since I'm often forgetful.

In comparison with other software the interface isn't as appealing. I prefer more easy, user tailored designs and would love to see future updates to the software's front end design.
