Pros

Udutu offer a free option for small businesses which I really like as it allows us to grow and scale while still receiving an excellent experience. I am very thankful and grateful for this.

There is not anything that I disliked about Udutu.

Software is easy to use and delivers on its promises with sincere customer support. When a glitch appeared they assured me it could be fixed, even calling me back at a time suitable for me and taking the time to make me understand how UDUTU worked.

Occasionally as with any program, something changes which is ok but I would like more notifications when this happens.

As an administrator I have found the system to be well organized and easy to use. I also value the ability to track students, their curriculum and their progress which has been very important as we expand.

We have very few complaints. Since the Udutu team is highly responsive we see the LMS improved based on our feedback and comments.

Udutu development and installation process was very easy and making corrections was simple too. Learning how to use it was also easy.

Udutu help documentation/application is not at all useful. I tried to find answers to various issues but it was very confusing and did not provide the information I needed.

Pros

In the beginning I was impressed with the free version of the Udutu Authoring Tool. Later I decided to pay for the improved customization options. Although Udutu might not have all the features of a traditional install/application authoring tool, it had everything I needed to create eLearning tutorials with images, text, video, audio and quizzes. Plus, being cloud based made it very easy to collaborate with others in my organization. This likely saved me hours during development since I could simply share a preview link for feedback instead of publishing and sharing drafts.

Cons

the features hardly seemed to change over the 2 to 3 years I used it. It does not support creating simulations or recording audio/video directly (you need to use other tools and then upload the files to Udutu, so keep that in mind.

Pros

I used to create training materials for our software which required subtitles in multiple languages and other complex needs. Udutu met my requirements and was helpful for our organization.

There is room for improvement in some areas.

Pros

Udutu is ok not the best. I used it to create a learning course for my company but failed to accomplish everything I wanted, specifically changing subtitle languages for the video. Overall Udutu is ok for learning and quick results.
