Pros

Love how this platform opens up learning opportunities for everyone through virtual tutoring. Being able to choose from courses that match my interests whether it's NEET, GATE or other subjects, gives me the flexibility I need. The study materials are top-notch with excellent content quality. What's particularly helpful is being able to monitor my progress and see exactly how much time I'm investing in my studies.

Cons

The platform has too many course options which makes it hard to choose what's right for you. Some of the self-paced modules repeat the same content and I get bombarded with promotional emails daily that are really annoying.

Having access to such well-known instructors right at my fingertips is great. The content library is massive giving me lots of options to pick from based on what I want to learn. It is very flexible and I can study whenever it works for my schedule. Plus, it's super convenient since I can use it on any device I have.

Cons

For me, the sheer volume of content makes it hard to follow a clear learning path. Course quality varies quite a bit across different instructors and subjects. Some of the teacher's teaching styles and delivery methods aren't consistent which can be jarring when switching between courses. There's noticeable repetition in the material and it seems like they're trying to cover too much ground. Also the premium pricing doesn't really match what youre getting in terms of value.

Overall, the platform focuses heavily on competitive exam prep which leaves out younger students in primary school who could really benefit from more age-appropriate content. Also, the free course selection could use some serious improvement as there just aren't enough quality options available without paying.

As a working mom, this app really handles my child's studies when I'm not around. I dont have to worry about supervising content anymore since it covers daily current affairs and has detailed topic-wise videos for almost everything that shows up in exams. The practice sessions for prelims, mains and interviews are thorough. It's satisfying to watch my kids get quality help with their preparation. With how frequently Indian polity changes for UPSC, having access to the most current content makes solving MCQs from various coaching institutes much easier.

Cons

I think it is expensive but honestly that's about the only complaint I have. Everything else is pretty well balanced and gets straight to what you need.

The email spam is really annoying. They flood your inbox constantly which becomes a real headache. The certification costs are way too expensive and the video quality suffers from constant buffering when you try to watch in high resolution.
