Pros
The updated interface makes the LMS feel much more modern. The functions are strong and I really value being able to manage people's training while still giving them a level of control themselves. The training team has been excellent with support and my recent training helped me pick up a lot of useful new knowledge.
Cons
Some of the controls can create confusion if you are not completely confident about what you are doing behind the scenes. After receiving very good training I now understand the issues we had much better and they are no longer a problem. Reaching support by phone can also be a bit of a trouble at times since they have more than one learning product and I often end up calling the wrong team and having to explain everything again.

Pros
One thing that has worked really well is how extensive the library is since it covers most topics we need. The updates made in it also make it much easier to get a quick snapshot and maintain a strong level of oversight. Support around cases has definitely improved too and communication is generally clear with issues usually being resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
Cons
The reporting side of the system seems very capable but it can also be fairly complicated to work through. Even with the how to guides available it is not always easy to figure out which one applies especially when you do not fully understand all of the reporting features and what the function can do at the start.

“Great dashboard
Pros
Using this system has been very easy. It's simple to fgure out and works really well for keeping training organized properly. The dashboard is especially useful because it gives a clear overall view of training activity across the company which I really appreciate.
Cons
If I had to point out one small area for improvement it would be the re-enrolment process for people on the SK bundle course. Right now as an admin, you have to add them back into each course one by one. It's only a minor issue but it would be nice if that part could be made more efficient.

As a newer user I'm still getting familiar with everything it can do and my account manager has been incredibly helpful throughout the process.
Cons
A downside is that we had to buy additional licenses because staff members who have left the company were archived but still counted toward our total license limit.

Pros
It offers really good value for the money and the resources in the library are solid. The training content has a nice balance of reading materials and videos with questions throughout to keep checking understanding followed by an assessment at the end.
Cons
It's not ideal when I need to frequently add new starters and remove leavers. Most of the frustration comes from the way licences are handled and how long it takes before they can be reused after someone leaves.

There's a solid range of courses available and the material is easy to follow while still being detailed enough to cover the topics thoroughly.
Cons
Getting around the files was a little confusing at the beginning and I had to reach out to support for help. Once I understood how it worked though, it was fine.
