Pros

Running Learning and Development as the Director means I'm always searching for effective tools for employees and this software has exactly those for us over the years. The impact has been huge and the volume and quality of use speak for themselves with around 20,000 on demand peer to peer coaching sessions each month. That kind of scale shows how well the platform supports a large workforce while still delivering meaningful learning experiences. Its peer to peer coaching model fits our team culture perfectly because it makes learning more personalized while still giving us measurable results. Since using it our teams have become more connected, conversations are more open, knowledge sharing happens more naturally and people genuinely feel supported. On top of that their customer service team is consistently quick and effective whenever we need help. Their support has been a major reason the platform was integrated successfully and continues to run without obstacles. I would absolutely recommend the platform to any company looking to build engaging, high impact learning experiences for employees :)

Cons

Honestly I don't have any real negatives to point out. I regularly share ideas for new features and they're always open to the feedback. They take those suggestions seriously, work them into their roadmap and keep improving a product that was already very strong. I'm especially excited about the newer AI capabilities they've introduced for content creation and session assessment. At this point I really don't have anything bad to say since they continue to listen, evolve and add useful functions.

“easy access”

Pros

Between the mobile access and the way the platform fits into short pockets of time this has been a genuinely transformative tool for professionals who want to keep building their knowledge and skills. The learning experience feels smooth and the content can be customized in a way that makes it meaningful even for people with very demanding schedules. It also creates a supportive setting for peer to peer connection, networking and sharing ideas. During deployment their support team was outstanding. They brought expertise, experience, flexibility and a real willingness to work through unique challenges. The partnership they provided to my team throughout onboarding was stellar.

Cons

We didn't run into anything we disliked. The few challenges that came up during deployment were mostly caused by issues on our organization's side not from their end. Their support team stayed with us step by step through the entire process.

Pros

It uses modern technology to make training feel engaging and user friendly. It's a fun platform to work with and the results show up quickly while also lasting over time.

Cons

I haven't come across any downsides with the product. From what I've seen it's simple to roll out, easy to use and it delivers the kind of results companies want.
