“Easy interface with excellent customization”
Pros
I liked a lot of things of this tool, for example the interface is simple, the analytics are great, support is responsive and the customization options are excellent.
Cons
The slight learning curve is a minor drawback for me but it doesn't overshadow the overall positive experience.

As far as I can tell, I don't see any significant benefits, maybe it's cheap?
Cons
It has broken my ability to maintain my license as a professional engineer in Ontario because it times out instead of letting me enter my professional development information.

Pros
It did the job and we were able to get employees paid which was the main goal for me.
Cons
The technology feels outdated to me and it's not very user friendly.
