Pros
I can always rely on their customer service for assistance. They are patient and never make me feel bad about asking the same questions multiple times.
Cons
Older version wasn't as easy to use. This current version is definitely better. Would be great if we could monitor both compliance and reporting in one place rather than having them seperate.

Customer service goes above and beyond to help out even when you need something that's not part of the standard setup. They really make things happen for you.
Cons
The process for automatically importing new learners could definitely be streamlined. The current workaround feels a bit time consuming.
